Worst car wash ever. Machines take your money and literally nothing worked.
Not sure why they have card readers if none of them are capable of reading a card. I WAS going to settle and pay cash, but this place apparently expects people to still carry tons of loose change in the year 2025.
Reasonably priced and touchless unlike most places in the Cedar Rapids area.
I will never use this carwash again. I pulled up and paid my $10. waited for car ahead of me to finish up. when he was done he pulled forward to exit door did not open. He then backed up and forward again nothing. did this one more time. we motioned for me to back up so he could exit. as he was exiting the wheel blaster started. After he left I pulled in, no wheel blaster. pulled in the rest of the way and got about one half of a wash. when I pulled up to exit the door didn't open. I got scammed, I used my car and stopped it at $2.50 proceeded to get charged $10. Also no phone number to call.
