The app is TERRIBLE, and they no longer allow you to access account online. Customer service is also horrendous and only reading from a basic script. Canceled Jet Pass simply because any owners or decision makers that can put out this app CLEARLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Take your money elsewhere
Today my extra replacement tire cover fell off during the drying process. Once I was outside, Nick came to help me and immediately ran to go get it and even helped me put it back on. I thank him for all his help and attentiveness. But also all the employees are always very kind and helpful. I have the membership and I think it’s definitely worth it!
