I would give this location zero stars if I could. While going through the car wash, I was rear-ended while my vehicle was on the track. The impact caused my car to jolt forward, and because I was already locked into the track system, there was nothing I could do to avoid it. The wash was stopped, and I could tell something had happened behind me, but no employee came to check on me or my vehicle.
