UPDATE: once my concerns were addressed by the right person the resolution was satisfactory and appropriate. I will continue to be an ongoing customer. I want to thank Julisa the manager for her diligence in solving the issue. About six weeks ago, I went through the car wash, and my car hit a Ford F150 tail light in the undercarriage of my vehicle that was knocked off of the truck in front of me .
