I don’t recommend the Northlake location. Just went through and it’s left some white residue on my black paint. Tried calling their number and nobody answers. Never again.
The car wash ripped off my bumper in the middle of the wash and when I went to report it to them and they said that my bumper was already loose before I went into the wash I said how would you know that ? it’s a new bumper and your employee was waiting for me to come in with my car , waving for me to come on through how did they even see the rear end of my car and if they did they should’ve stopped me or stop the wash right away.
