Manager I spoke with was very rude. Did not explain details on promotion and when I asked him, why isn’t it on the Groupon he said I don’t know Groupon separate than us, but I’m not going to honor it. Kept calling me, Brother and speaking over me very unprofessional very unpleasant thankfully Groupon gave me my money back. I don’t remember his name, but it was August 27 at 3:30.
I recently received tinting, detailing, and ceramic coating from Jet black tint Santa Clara. I truly appreciate the work; they performed an excellent job on my vehicle. The team was quite professional and managed every detail. I am grateful to Karla for delivering top service and clear information. I anticipate returning, as the entire experience was very positive.
Called them and made an appointment same day , I had no issues or hassle and the tint came out amazing . Got 35 percent because it’s my dad’s truck. Seeing all those negative reviews gots me kinda wondering if I should bring my new car when I get it . I had no issues but I’m just now hesitant. The staff was friendly and Karla really helpful , knocked it out fast the 3 windows for 100.00 . Still recommend them to my cousin because the service was good
Faris provided excellent service! He was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cared about his customers. I stopped by the shop in the afternoon, left my car with them, and they started working on it right away. The entire process was efficient, the tint job turned out great, and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely recommend this shop to all my friends looking for tinting services!
