Despite the reviews cautioning against it, I scheduled myself for the $199 package at their Santa Clara location. This same location had done another of my cars a few years back and it was a good experience so when I had a need, I went straight back. I COULD NOT have been more dissappointed. Amazing fast service. Good prices and car feels a lot cooler under the sun. Had one corner come off a little and the guys fixed in for free in 20 min! Definitely recommend!
AVOID THIS PLACE We’ve taken our vehicles to Jet Black before in the past and never had issues, which is why this experience was so shocking and upsetting. We trusted them with our brand new vehicle for full tint and ceramic coating, paid A LOT of money, and got the car back filthy, with scratches in the tint, some of them deep and very noticeable, along with lint trapped behind the glass. Price should have been the biggest red flag. They advertise ceramic for $99. I was convinced to pay around $300. Extra for my two windows in front seat and extra for a “higher quality tint.” There were all across the back window. More clear at night time. Thought it was on the surface so I cleaned it but it’s still there. I even waited for it to cure for weeks but it’s still there. I went back and a different person tried resolving my issue.
