I made full payment for ceramic tint and they made schedule for me to drop my car but on that day no one was there and I called customer support and they rescheduled my appointment for next day so I came back next day and they said I have to pay extra $219 cause it’s different wrap but why are you charging for ceramic tint with life guarantee and then trying to get extra money from customers when they coming to your store? Had a great experience at Jet Black Tint! They did an excellent job—fast, efficient, and the quality of the work was exactly what I was hoping for. West was super helpful throughout the whole process, answered all my questions, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for professional service done right the first time.
Don’t do your tint here in Burlingame. They also work with Fremont locations. They botched my car back window and will not fix it or honor warranty. This place is a scam with low skilled workers. I regret getting my car tint here. They have F rating on BBB
I had a terrible experience at Jet Black Tint (Burlingame) on May 22. After being referred by a Mercedes staff member, I paid $600 for front window and windshield tinting. I was told the job would be quick, but I waited over 4 hours. They forgot to give me my receipt and lifetime warranty, then called me after I left asking me to come back another day to pick it up.
