TJ was knowledgeable in terms of tint and product. very helpful and great client services.
TJ and Byron was amazing I went in they took care of me highly recommend this place
Came in for tints on late Oct paid and everything but was promised one thing and they did a different thing. They took 3 hrs which is average, I believe. Once again I’m back here again Nov 9th tint was damaged and it peeled off. Came in at 11am and still currently here after 4pm they haven’t even started on my car I believe it’s ridiculous. Be cautious if you’re considering this Redwood City location. They advertise a $399 “full vehicle” tint package (all windows + front windshield). When I arrived, the employee came outside and began counting each individual window separately, claiming the rear counts as five windows. That is not how the package was presented when I purchased it. When I questioned it, I called the call center to confirm my order.
