Avoid Jet Black Tint in Redwood City by ALL COSTS. I paid $350 for upgraded tint and was told 3–4 hours. My car sat untouched for hours and the job dragged out to over 8 hours. HEADS UP Seriously, don’t get your windows tinted here. The customer service is non-existent—like a 0 out of 10. I took my brand new car, straight from the dealership, to get tinted, and they promised it would take 3 hours. It ended up taking 6! When I got my car back, there were water marks all over the interior doors, and they didn’t even wipe it down. The trunk had a puddle of water, too. The worst part?
