Very poor workmanship--sloppy work, and, it won't last very many seasons either. This guy hires a bunch of teenagers, gives them a truck, and a list of driveways to seal coat. They do the job "quick and dirty" as they do as many jobs as they can in a day, weather permitting. It might look nice for one season, if you don't care about details. Choose another seal coat company--you'll get better quality and, you'll probably pay less!
