Genevieve is a GOD. SO talented and sweet!
The cut is good, my stylist was lovely and understood what I was going for. However, I was charged one hour for a 47 minute appointment - seems the whole point of charging for time would be to charge for the time and not just a set chunk? When I commented to the receptionist before paying, she explained that the hourly rate is actually charged in 15 minutes tranches. News to me! Strange policy.
Genevieve is an amazing hair stylist who takes the time and care to make her client’s hair feel right. I have had many different varied hair colours including blue and purple. They’ve both come out amazing. Thank you Gen for all that you do! Thank.
