Great experience with Lauren! The appointment was about an hour for wash, cut and style. Lauren asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for and took a reasonable amount of time. She took several inches off my long (neglected!!) hair and put in some long layers so it would fall nicely. I’ll definitely see her again in the future.
