Two online requests for an estimate and a phone call message left with absolutely no response. Zero star review but it won’t offer that. Don’t waste your time, they have competition out there who does respond and is more than happy to offer their services. 100% complete disappointment in Jet Black
This company has HORRIBLE customer service!!! My husband called a month ago and left a voicemail message to ask for an estimate and they never even bothered to call him back. I called 3 weeks ago and was told an estimate would be provided in two days. I had to call back a week later because no estimate was provided. I was given the “Sorry we are busy and trying to make up time for rainout dates (and it hasn’t rained), we will send someone out tomorrow.” Another week later and we have no estimate and the company hasn’t bother... read more
Contacted several companies to get our driveway maintained and Jet Black responded right away and provided a quote promptly. Only one other company got back to me and it was weeks later! Jet Black was able to get the work done earlier than expected and the guys did a great job. Our driveway was awful and now looks great!
I COULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGHT. My driveway was beat up two years ago. I called and had them come out. I asked what options I had. I thought it was worst, but I was told during the estimate that it was repairable and that it might take two summers of sealing it but it would look good again and they were right. Driveway looks great and a super easy company to do business with. Thank you again.
