I would never recommend this company. Please stay away from them. They are very unprofessional and unethical. I hired them and paid around $500, yet my unit still doesn’t work. They told me I needed to replace the unit and promised to email me a quote, which they never sent. If the unit needed replacing, why did they service a dying unit in the first place?
The boiler stopped working, would turn on then turn off in a few hours.. No hot water! I called Jet Air, and they scheduled me in quickly.. The technician Nick, arrived promptly, he was professional, courteous and he knew his boilers. He diagnosed it immediately, needed a new valve, he replaced it and we had hot water again! The price was reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.. Very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you again Jet Air!
We just had Jet air install a new ac unit and we couldn’t be happier. The team was neat and professional and had the new unit installed and working quickly. Jet air took the time to go over any questions we had as well!
Took my info said he was busy but would try to get to me yesterday, then said if he couldn’t get to me yesterday he would absolutely call me to come over today… Never heard from him he completely blew me off and he could have cared less… Not even a courtesy call to let me know he couldn’t make it again…. Instead had me waiting 48 hours Time I could have took looking for someone else…. Which I finally did and they came over quickly and took care of the problem also quickly.
