Woke up to a 61 degree house, contacted Varsity. John arrived at 10am, professional, courteous, diagnosed the repair, gave an detailed explanation, went over the options and prices. Highly recommend! I called asking for a tankless water heater install quote. They came the next day for the quote. We immediately wanted to go ahead with the install and it was done by Monday. All is working well and it has been a few weeks.

I would never recommend this company. Please stay away from them. They are very unprofessional and unethical. I hired them and paid around $500, yet my unit still doesn’t work. They told me I needed to replace the unit and promised to email me a quote, which they never sent. If the unit needed replacing, why did they service a dying unit in the first place?

The boiler stopped working, would turn on then turn off in a few hours.. No hot water! I called Jet Air, and they scheduled me in quickly.. The technician Nick, arrived promptly, he was professional, courteous and he knew his boilers. He diagnosed it immediately, needed a new valve, he replaced it and we had hot water again! The price was reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.. Very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you again Jet Air!
