I have been renting waverunners from Jet Action since they opened several years ago. The owner and his employees are first rate, they are honest, reasonable(I damaged a waverunner I rented and they charged me less than they could have to do the repairs), professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I am a demanding customer and they have never failed in meeting my expectations. deceiving My girlfriend was told that we had to put gas in the jet skis when we picked them up because they would be empty. When we came to pick them up we caught them in the back taking all the gas out of the jet skis. We were then told to get back in the car and pull around to the front. They are deceiving and I would suggest renting from another company.
Dishonest! I should have known better than to trust a business that offers a "Military discount"...that turns out to be $10 off a $1400 rental. Why bother? The only reason to pitch the $10 discount is to say they offer a Military discount - without having to put any skin in the game. That's just flat out disrespectful.
