My daughter and I were both under the care of this physician. The doctor misdiagnosed my daughter, and when she sought follow-up guidance after consulting multiple other providers per this doctor, this doctor's nurse stated the doctor was unavailable due to clinic obligations. The nurse was made aware of the current situation but would not offer an appointment, nor was the assistance provided for managing severe pain. Instead, she was advised to go to the emergency room. He was my Doctor for 22 years. He was the best doctor I’ve ever had.I’m very sad about him retiring but I understand he needed a break from the many years of treating all the patience he saw each day.

F*** this place. Another greedy, poorly run medical center destroying patient lives over insignificant amounts of money. Changed insurance providers, came in for my second appointment in 6 months. The office staff re-ran my insurance and assured me it couldn't hurt to see if it reduced the cost of my previous visit. After less than 6 months I was sent to collections over $86 with ZERO PHONE CALLS. ZERO COMMUNICATION. Go fuck yourselves.

My wife and I were patients of Dr. Kozinski for nearly 20 years. My wife was a model patient always on time and followed his directions. I was not a model patient and over nearly 20 years I no showed 19 times, would regularly not take my meds and just was not consistent. About 6 months ago they cancelled an appointment on me and I did not try to reschedule until my meds ran out. "Dr Holloway cancelled all my future appointments today because I called up and asked to speak to him about one of his staff that was rude over the phone to me. He’s a good Doctor. I won’t take that away from him, however it’s not good business practice to cancel patients/customers who refuse to let people treat them poorly. I guess in todays environment it’s easier to dismiss a patient as opposed to properly train office staff and/or find staff who can be both capable in their duties and an ambassador for the business. I am so glad I switched family doctors to The Allen Group, Haley Brewster is awesome, she is thorough, listens and makes certain you don't have any questions when you leave. She is patient, and makes you feel comfortable, everyone who works in the office is awesome, and I love, love, love the woman who takes blood samples. It's a smoothly run office, and everyone in the office is helpful and personable.
