This practice is a perfect example of everything wrong with the healthcare system. They are dismissive, unkind, and uncaring. If you are seeking healthcare services, you would likely get better results and service by rolling in a pile of medical waste (don't recommend that either.) If you would like to experience blatant discrimination, then you'll get exactly that from these healthcare "providers." Not a long wait for appt. Very friendly staff. Good Dr.s
My 12 year experience with Dr. Perez has always been positive. He is thorough and makes good notes and spends a lot of time reviewing and directing to the next step. He is kind and caring and that's the reason he is booked out for a year.
We never got to see De Perez- I tarried 3 weeks to make an appt- between his office and our primary care office- neither one could get it together to get a referral over in a timely manner, about 10 days of me calling back and forth, and another 10 days trying unsuccessfully to make an appointment- same back in forth between both offices, both blaming the other-was told “ we have done everything we can” what do you want us to do about it” and can you just drive the labs to Sarasota (from Port Charlotte-ahhh….no) Front desk o... read more
