I'm having a very hard time giving him even a one star rating.. actually at this point I'm giving him a zero star rating.. I had made arrangements to have a new catalytic converter installed, arranged the financing for it, the check was sent to him but now he is nowhere to be found to complete the repairs.. isn't that called Take the Money and Run??
