I was a volunteer at JITW for 8 & 1/2 years until we moved away. It was a blessing to work along side the staff and other volunteers there. I was privileged to see many people come to a saving knowledge of Jesus during my time volunteering at JITW. That continues today as people go into jails, JDC, & Prisons. Also, those who pray for those Church Services and Bible Studies are a valuable part of JITW. The “Miracle of Christmas” every year was so special. It touched the lives of the children & spouses of inmates.

I don't come around much but that my family and it's home.
My father and Jesse Mathis began this when I was born in 1976. They parted way but my dad always supported the mission.
I was there 2012/2013. I really found myself and was given the best opportunities. I truly miss being there. JITW was the best thing that ever happened to me. It was unfortunate that i was blinded by the lust of the world. But it is because of this program that i went back to school, gained a very close relationship with Jesus Christ and found my passion for film. I am truly grateful for this program. The ministry has been in business for many, many years. They go off donation and the promises of God, his love overflows here. People that really love God
While I like and admire what this ministry used to do, I cannot give it a very high rating due to the current director who has done nothing but to diminish this once proud agency. I just hear one negative thing about him after another from multiple people. A year ago things seemed to be going great there, but then he lost some key people and the wheels seem to be coming off the cart.
