my visit to the office is always pleasant, from the front desk staff to Dr Devi, everyone is wonderful
I had a GREAT experience at Brambleton Imaging (if you can say a medical expereicne is ever pleasant). Every person I saw in the facillity greeted me and was friendly and kind. My radiologist was so sweet and bent over backwards to make me comfortable (I can sometimes be a little difficult as I get very nervous). You can tell these people care about the work they are doing and want to make things pleasant for you as the patient. Appreciated their kindness.

Worst place ever! I had a fever of 104.7 when they did vitals and they didn't give me anything for instead they send me back out to the waiting room for 6 hours. When I finally do get back there they give me benadryl and zofran. I went in there for a terible migrane and possibly the flu. I told them I had a history of kidney infections, did they even take a urine sample to test? Nope. Just awful service. Extremely awful.
I would like to complaint about my several encounter with a receptionist from this facility whose name is lakisha, her behavior toward me when I was trying to set up an appointment with my doctor because I had high fever. The receptionist's behavior was insensitive and untrained by putting me unhold while later i could hear her just in silence and telling me that i should excuse her because she was very slow while she was putting my information on the computer and asking me several times the same question over and over and s... read more
