Dr Baeza dismisses you and your concerns staff isn’t organized nurse practitioner try’s to reassure you but saying she does this for a living and her gut feeling says everything is ok when I called her on that in front of dr told him she lying very unprofessional doesn’t care about labs results and when you call him out on it he says if you don’t like it go somewhere else smh only cares about getting payments avoid this office
The receptionist it’s very attentive and helpful, nurse receiving patients, don’t respect patient privacy and ask you all medical and personal questions in a small open area, the doctor it’s good, very respectful and provides you with excellent care the nurse assisting the doctor it’s also very attentive and respectful if it wasn’t for the receiving nurse this office will get a five star because everyone was amazing with the exception of the receiving nurse.
