Sweet secretary, this was the only plus. Didn’t even get to see the doctor because when the nurse practitioner took my temperature, they informed me I have a fever and the doctor rather me go to the Emergency Department. I understood this, and it also immediately worried me as someone with lupus; a disease where fevers could be indicative of a flare. Dr. Almendral is an incredible doctor. His experience and expertise is exceptional. He is also very personable and compassionate. He has the ability to look at each patient as an individual and not place them in a category. He pays attention to details and asks a lot of questions. He is extremely responsive and cares very much about his patients. He saved my mother’s life and we are forever grateful for him.
