I had a question that I couldn’t find out on my own, and yes it was tax day but the way he treated me was extremely unprofessional and a little disrespectfully rude. I was told to never come there again. Now I don’t have complicated filings but I still used his service in 2024 and it was good service. However, the way he handled the stressful situation was very unprofessional. Sad, b/c my parents have been using the Jester tax services for as long as I can remember. The little people should count too.
I had a very disappointing experience with this CPA. As a business owner, I expect professionalism and respect when discussing important matters. Unfortunately, the owner used inappropriate language and showed a lack of basic manners during our conversation.
