I had a very disappointing experience with this CPA. As a business owner, I expect professionalism and respect when discussing important matters. Unfortunately, the owner used inappropriate language and showed a lack of basic manners during our conversation. Amazing is all I can say, my family has worked with them for decades, I used a big box tax company since I was younger, for efficiency reasons, way overpaid.
