Overall dissatisfied. Looked great, but not to my standards. A full set cannot be applied in 30min or 1 hour. Rush job. I asked for classics she did hybrids. She didn’t clean my lashes before starting. Applying glue to oiled/dirty lashes. Has zero care for lash health. If you’re going to charge premium prices then do a professional job. The lashes were 13 across. She didn’t apply any on the ends of my eyes. She has proven she can’t properly isolate and apply lashes. Lash hygiene is a must to avoid infections. She did such a great job I love her customer service skills and I love her work. Definitely will recommend to anyone. She goes above and beyond and takes her time. I have yet to be disappointed in her work doing my eyelash extensions and press on nails.

I have a serious problem with having my face touched so I was very nervous about my first facial. Jessy explained everything she was going to do and it was AMAZING!! I will be booking once a month...forever!
