Proceed with caution. My sister retained this firm for a specific legal situation, yet no documented work was ever produced. Communication was non-existent regarding court dates or filings. After the attorney withdrew from the matter, she withheld a significant portion of the retainer despite the lack of results. We are now in the process of filing a formal grievance and are taking her to court to recover the full amount of the unreturned funds."
