Very efficient service with excellent communication. Quality brands, well priced and my reverse cycle air conditioner works extremely well, it is quiet and efficient on power. 😁
We had some operator issues, and the team from Jessups attended our home 3 times to assist us. Very impressed with the friendliness/helpfulness of the team.

This is the third time we have used Jessups, first was a split system in a previous house - current house they installed a full ducted system, ran flawlessly for 18 years - they recently replaced the failed unit and did further upgrades as requested due to house extension - zero problem on any occasion, did exactly as they said they would, on time, and were great installers both in professionalism and really easy to get along with - our dog especially loved them :)
From the time I first rang Jessups and explained we needed a heat pump installed ASAP for cancer patient they showed compassion for situation. In no time , heat pump installed by helpful friendly gentleman, promptly on time. Heat pump was enjoyed for short time before patient sadly passed but is enjoyed by me now and the recommended Daikin unit is a ripper. Cheers 👍
