Popped in to get some advice and spoke with Alex. He fixed the phone storage issue I was experiencing and gave me a quote for a refurbished phone when I’m ready. Such great service, so helpful & honest - I’ll be back soon to get my new phone from Jessup’s. Highly recommend
Fantastic customer service! My husband took his phone in today after part of a broken charging cable became stuck inside the charging port. They removed it on the spot, didn’t charge him a cent for the repair, and sold him a replacement cable for just $5. It’s refreshing to come across a business that genuinely wants to help rather than charge for every little thing. Friendly, helpful, honest service. We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
