Absolutely incredible team at Jessup Total Car Care. Rick & Dorothy have taken care of my personal car as well as my businesses vehicles for years. They are fast, professional, and very helpful. I could not recommend them enough!
Absolutely amazing team with Rick and Dorthy...Really hard to find anyone who will work on an old vintage car...In this case a 1971 Chevy. Rick was up front on what could be done, how it could be done, and what it would take to get it done. The was completed within a very reasonable time and at what was discussed. The work to my car was fantastic!!! Defiantly making this my go to...Thank you !!!
Brought my 2009 Audi A5 to Jessup Total Car Care on Friday, 1-10-2025 because my alternator with out. Rick is a master mechanic & his wife handles the office work. Good people. But good people lie. Rick told me over the phone he ordered the part from Napa & it wouldn't arrive until Monday 1-13-2025. I asked about the core of the alternator. He said he would put the old alternator in the box of the new alternator & leave it in my possession. But he didn't do it & he didn't tell me why he lied to me. ABSOLUTELY LOVE this "Mom & Pop" location. Sweet as gold and are terribly honest with what can and can not be done. I recommend this shop and will speak for the company I currently work for ... they take care of the work vehicle and any personal vehicle needs. NEED MORE PLACES LIKE THIS
