0 stars if it was possible, they are building houses with paper thin walls that crack and break if you shut your door to hard and there is no soundproofing or insulation from the outside. When you look at the builds and see the plastic on the outside you would think there is brick underneath but that is not the case the plastic is the exterior wall with bathroom sealant to prevent the water. Fail to keep promises. Stated, pre-development, that contractors vehicles would not be parked on roads, contractors vehicles are parked on the roads and in resident's parking bays, also dangerously left on bends and blind crests making the road difficult and dangerous to use. Stated that deliveries would not be unloaded on the road but taken straight on to site, deliveries are regularly queued on road and often unloaded on the road. Trying to get trees cut by where i live in cannock , staffs. Theland and trees are owned by Mr Jessup, i have contacted them many times in the last year to request a tree be removed, this was done. But the other trees are so high we get very little sun in our garden, they hvent ever been cut. Despite my calls for him to visit us at home 1 minute from his office, this hasnt happened.
