The service was for a color, wash,and blow dry. You call for an appointment and you receive a text message to confirm. When you confirm there is a charge depending on the service being provided. Once you confirm and pay the required charge, you can change the date if necessary but if you cancel completely the amount paid is NOT refundable. My hair wasn't done by the person I made the appointment with. I have to say I'm glad my outcome was great because I felt unimportant. I have been going to Jessie for 10/12 years I will only have her do my hair ,as far as coloring,she’s absolutely the very best!!, my daughter and granddaughters use her now also,we love her,also she keeps her shop soo very clean!!and staff are wonderful!!

Jessie is absolutely phenomenal. She truly listen to what you want and consistently deliver flawless results. Her attention to detail is incredible and she always make sure I feel confident leaving the salon. She’s a great stylist and a fantastic person who makes the whole experience enjoyable.
