I made an appointment at 9am and had someone to the house by 3pm that same day. I am having new furniture delivered in a few days and decided last minute I wanted to have the carpet in my living room cleaned. My call was answered right away and the team member gave me a price and a time window for the service. We have used Jessie for close to 10 years. There has been no reason to search for another cleaning service in Jacksonville. We don't even need to check their work after we come home from work any more. After so many years, we have learned to trust them and expect the same quality of service each time. I’ve used many cleaning services as well as single housekeepers throughout the years, & struggled to find one who didn’t let quality slip after the first few months.
