I discovered this nail salon through Google, attracted by the positive reviews, and decided to give it a chance. However, my experience with the customer service was highly unsatisfactory. Upon arriving at the salon on Friday, July 5th, 2024, at 12:00pm, I was not greeted by the gentleman at the front desk.
