First visit the other day for a pedicure. Aren’t nail salons required to use already sanitized pedicure AND manicure tools that they open up from a sealed bag??? (Unless you bring your own).My first thought is I would HOPE SO! This didn’t happen. The salon employee just took the tools from a plastic roll around cart and started my pedicure. Came here after work on 12-24-2025. And I am so glad I did. All of the staff were very friendly and genuine. I had a long talk with my nail tech Fiona. She is so funny, kind and intelligent. I was able to learn about their culture and vise versa. (I got a $32 reg mani, catseye was $15 extra, total came out to $47) My nails came out exactly how I wanted them to and right before using the tools for the catseye design, she made sure I liked the angle that they shined in before putting it on the rest of the nails. They do a beautiful job. They are all very nice.
