I like Jesse. The office is so administratively broken it's hard to believe... I was scheduled for a procedure, but couldn't imagine having it done there, given the dysfunction. I'll try someplace else.
Jesse is great! Very nice, thorough, explains everything she sees and points out the problems on the scans instead of just telling you. GREAT bedside manner! Keep up your awesomeness!
