We had a bad experience today. Brittnay came to ths waiting room 17 minutes AFTER our appointment was scheduled. She was very rude to my daughter and myself. The wires are stabbing her and she didn't get to look at the colors to pick one. We have met with Brittany more than once and she has been rude to us every time.
They called and canceled an appointment 20 minutes before needing to be there for the appointment! Why dont they follow their own policy of 24 hr notice
I really wish they would change their policy about last minute cancellations. They will change you to walk in only after 2 missed appointments in a year, even if you call in to cancel same day. When you rely on others for rides and have children starting daycare and constantly getting sick, life happens. I can't make any more appointments but still take my kiddo there. Top notch care and friendly staff. I’ve been cared for throughout my treatment with plan. I’ve had an amazing experience with every single employee. The front desk is absolutely amazing and caring. Dr. Mary and her staff, have been so kind and supportive. I appreciate the service they provide and everything that they do. Thank you!!!
