We love Jessie Albert. They always make my daughter feel so welcomed and are super professional and kind. They have lovely receptionists and fun toys in the waiting room. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They have a gruff exterior and some of the staff could be reminded that a lot of their clients are young children. But they are professional with us and usually are ok with people. I dislike the elevator as it is small.
Hands down phenomenal place! All of the staff are super friendly, take time to answer questions and truly care for the patient. There was no rushing or feeling nervous! Randy explained everything as they went which was super helpful! Dr.Adrianna was gentle and kind, very informative and made sure we were happy and understood the next steps! Thank you so much to everyone at Jessie Albert Orthodontics for making us feel safe and comfortable!!
To start off this Jesse Alberts office has always been very good to me. Immediate availability for braces bands if needed of course before closing and super friendly and kind staff. If you do call and they are closing, they’ll just mail them out to you! Also have always gotten me in same day for emergencies. Britney specifically brightens up my day every time I walk into her office. I believe she’s an assistant, and definitely deserves recognition for her bubbly attitude and bright, Humorous personality.
