To the lady that hung up on me on Thursday 11/15/25. You are a true disgrace and should be fired. I have an almost life threatening infection and I was in my lower and upper jaw. I got an emergency referral to an oral surgeon in auburn. The oral surgeon called me stating I also need a referral from here as this is my dentist and my referral i just got was from the doctor themselves. this lady didnt want to except hearing that or whatever her case may be and she hung up on me!!! I’ve been with Jesse Albert Dental for years and have always received amazing service. Everyone here is incredibly kind, professional, and does everything possible to make you comfortable while providing excellent care for your teeth. I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant and was up all night getting sick, so I was really stressed about having to cancel my appointment. We had a bad experience today. Brittnay came to ths waiting room 17 minutes AFTER our appointment was scheduled. She was very rude to my daughter and myself. The wires are stabbing her and she didn't get to look at the colors to pick one. We have met with Brittany more than once and she has been rude to us every time.
