I was there at the time of my appointment, Jessica was very kind and answered all my questions, professional in her work, I did a Brazilian straightening for my hair and the result was just as amazing as I expected . Thanks Jessica
She answered and proceeded to let me know she would be open to schedule me to send her a picture so I did and never received a response. I proceeded to text again and again no response. If she couldn’t do it she could’ve saved me the time to find someone else. Very unprofessional.
Jessica is by far the best beautician I have gone to. They say that you can tell a good cut by the way it grows out. That definitely applies to her. She has cut my hair, styled it, rescued it and colored it. Jessica is amazing.
