Dr. Zuraw is an excellent physician. I was under her care at Urgent Care at Mills Peninsula in San Mateo. Dr. Zuraw is very thorough and conscientious, as well as a good listener and compassionate. She ordered appropriate tests, diagnosed my problem, prescribed the appropriate medications, and provided clear verbal and written instructions on how to care for myself and necessary follow-up care. I truly appreciate the top notch care she provided.
Was seen by this Dr. in Instant Urgent Care Sunnyvale. She is condescending, and she lacks empathy. She should be re-trained on how to deal with patients.
When a Dr follows up the next day with a email and doesn't even know why she saw you in the ER. Sure in the hell wasn't for a sore throat MUCH more serious. . Horrible .... Pay attention to DETAILS before sending out a email
Our visit with Jessica Murray Zuraw on 06/06/22 was horrible, I brought my 3 yr old to the emergency in San Leandro Kaiser due to high fevers of 103-104.9, once we arrived and checked in, we were helped out by the nurses and they were great with my son. But once Dr.Jessica Murray Zuraw entered the room all she did was tell us “fevers of 104.9 for your son is normal, and he is going to be okay” and nothing more, is very concerning.
