These guys and the clerk of court of eagle county took over a year to resolve my case. He would tell me it was my job to call Eagle county when it was his. I originally got a ticket for fictitious tags. I absolutely positively did not have fictitious tags on either the truck or the trailer. The charge never got resolved or reduced.
Hands down an amazing lawyer, but even more amazing is her compassion.
