I was just hung up on for asking them to get my prescription filled today since it was supposed to be done a month and a half ago... Such rude staff!!! I did contact trinity and they didn't not return my call. So posting a number does not good.
My husband is a patient of this office. He called on Monday to inquire about a prescription that was never sent for an increase on one of his medications. That was supposed to be sent 1.5 months ago. When he called, he was yelled at and even hung up on by an office staff. He eventually received a call from the manager who listened to his concerns and said the medication was sent to the pharmacy. Today is Thursday, and still no prescription because it was sent incorrectly and the pharmacy has been trying to contact the office... read more

I have seen quite a few Drs. Jessica Wilson is by far the best physician I have been too. Always thorough and willing to explain anything.
