My husband had an appt with Dr. Jessica Wilson at the Salem office recently. We met with Dr. Wilson for the first time. She is a wonderful asset to Dr. Babyak; so very pleasant, helpful and punctual. She went over Mike’s file and past visits. She thoroughly checked the problem with his Starkey hearing aids. She let us know they were still under warranty and would be repaired by the manufacturer at no cost. She promised to return to us asap when she receives them back.
