Jessica is AMAZING the disconnect is her nurse talking down to you when you have to do follow up called multiple times she doesn’t do her job and SAYS you are not gonna tell me what to do or how to do my job and neither is disability MetLife!!!!! I've been seeing Dr. Williams for over a decade. She is amazing at what she does, but her communication is next to nothing. I had some blood work done almost a month ago and the labs have yet to be explained to me. I've called multiple times, and sent messages directly to her. I am waiting on refills for my EPILEPSY medication that was supposed to be sent over 3 weeks ago...I'm almost out and I can't get a hold of her to get my medication.
