Office activity is well managed, so there is very little waiting before an appointment. The personnel know their specialties and work well with clients in a pleasant manner.
Dr Weiser is very kind, a good explainer (even twice!) and medically knowledgeable. Her staff is very competent and courteous.
Outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. I had an eye infection and while other offices couldn’t see me, they took me in immediately and treated my condition. So glad I found them.
Jessica and her associates in the Chestertown Office are cordial, responsive to issues and needs and take the time to get things right.
