Jessica has created a safe space for me to fully process multiple concerns including workplace stress, interpersonal conflict, anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma work and this was a key in my healing. Jessica is kind, compassionate, and authentic and a major part of my journey towards healing. So thankful for the time she has taken with me. I recommend her to anyone looking for an authentic therapist who creates a safe space to do the work.
I will never trust a therapist again due to this woman. Do not recommend.
