Went in for a tick bite and waited 3 weeks for lab results. They would not tell me reults over the phone until I made an appt. Jessica said it was a new Tn law I need an appt to get results. While reviewing results, she gave me labs from a different appt. She then found actual labs, but no tick test was performed, but i was billed $1330 of other labs tests.
