I have a special needs son who has autism and is nonverbal. The team at Family Dentistry at Seven Hills welcomed us wholeheartedly every staff member was kind and happy we were there. Brooke, our dental assistant was fabulous! She was quick, thorough and efficient!! My son was given many short breaks to help him throughout his visit. Brooke miraculously got regular X-Rays done with ease. I highly recommend Brooke and the entire staff at Family Dentistry at Seven Hills!

I have had wonderful experiences every time I go. The entire staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Jamie is always so sweet and helpful every time I come in. I trust their recommendations and have never had any issues. Highly recommend!

Despite confirming with billing before-hand that they accept Tricare Dental, they completely neglected to tell me they're not actually in-network. Very convenient choice of words to tell someone you "accept" their insurance but not let them know you're out-of-network. I'd been coming here for years under a different plan with no issue, but just got a surprise bill in the mail. During my routine cleaning, my dentist even told me that my insurance would cover a fluoride treatment at no extra cost, but thankfully I declined. Th... read more

I’ve been going to this dentist for years. This year without warning they sent a balance to collections without contacting me about it for a procedure that I already paid for. I’m so disappointed because this has never been an issue before. Then I found out from my mom that the same thing happened to her this year.
