Despite confirming with billing before-hand that they accept Tricare Dental, they completely neglected to tell me they're not actually in-network. I’ve been going to this dentist for years. This year without warning they sent a balance to collections without contacting me about it for a procedure that I already paid for. I’m so disappointed because this has never been an issue before. Then I found out from my mom that the same thing happened to her this year.
The staff here does such a great job. Always a good experience!
Went in for a filling and the dentist cracked my tooth which caused extreme pain and discomfort then had to go get that filled again. Worse dental experience I have ever went through. Tried to say I would need a root canal but it was there fault from cracking my tooth.
