The staff here does such a great job. Always a good experience!
Went in for a filling and the dentist cracked my tooth which caused extreme pain and discomfort then had to go get that filled again. Worse dental experience I have ever went through. Tried to say I would need a root canal but it was there fault from cracking my tooth.
My full family has been going to this office for years. I'm leaving because I was incorrectly charged $50 for a missed appointment fee. My son called the office and got voice mail. Left a msg on the voice mail but I was still charged the $50. This was the 3rd time I was charged. I paid the other 2 without complaint. This time he showed me proof of the call. Sadly, I was looking for a new provider since my insurance changed. I called this place and since day one the person answering the calls with name starting with J. Was not kind at all no interest, her way to ask questions were like you are bothering her instead of appreciating the request and opportunity of having a new patient. I though that could be me, but today I confirmed it was me. So sad they are losing clients-patients by having a rude person answering the calls.
Been using FD@SH for almost 20 years now and have never had a major issue until this last visit. It started out great with a surprise that Cassie was in town and she would be the one cleaning my teeth. She did so and done a good job as usual. Then, as it Specifically says Not to do in my files, in comes Dr. Nadler to do the follow up examination.
