Horrid experience during a very challenging time. First I was sent for a mammography and ultrasound, she called me for 90 seconds stating I need a biopsy. I asked a follow up question which was met with no answer or compassion for my experience. She told me to call the imaging center. I went for the biopsy. Results indicated malignancy. I am a new patient and had an appointment with this Doctor yesterday at a far location to get appointment at the earliest. Just before the appointment I got vomiting sickness and dizziness and not in position to drive immediately so took some time to feel better and drove ASAP for my scheduled appointment. Both doctor and front desk receptionist were so rude and cancelled my appointment even without asking reason for being late. Absolutely horrible office manager No customer service.. I will not recommend this office .. office manager is doing everything to scare the patients away ! Awful experience..
