Dr .Valenti is such a loving and caring doctor.She sits and listens to your questions or concerns.She explains things throughly.My visits with her are important to me but to her too.You gets answers from her in actual time.
While I like dr Valenti, the communication is terrible. Every time I call (to make an appointment or talk to nurse) no one answers the phone for 45 minutes or more. This has happened each time I called. I needed an appointment and it took waiting on hold for a full hour to speak to someone. A medication refill was the same. I cannot recommend this practice for this reason. Such a shame. I see this response. I did already reach out to that email you specified and absolutely no response.
I called for a medication renewal and then tried to make an appointment without success. First called at 9 am and recording indicated I was number 8 in queue. Called 7 times been the hours of 9- 11:30. I’m considering finding another physician whose staff answers calls.

I can no longer recommend Dr. Valenti as a primary care provider, despite being her patient for roughly 12 years. After a recent issue, I was seen by the PA and prescribed medication, with labs to follow. When one result came back abnormal in the patient portal, I called the office six times over seven days with no response.
