If you value your health and sanity avoid the Optum medical practice in Springfield. Worst service ever. Had to go in person to get a simple, valid Rx sent after 14 calls and 2 expeditings and getting hung up on twice. They didn't even respond to the pharmacist. Jeeeeez.
Impossible to get a hold of this doctor or her office. I really feel like they just want me to keep coming back for more tests for the insurance payments.
Horrible office been trying to reach someone in this office since Feb 6, 2026. I wouldn't recommend this place to a ant you can't get ahold of the doctor or staff.
I had an appointment for vaccine shot only, per Dr Bernet, and while waiting, Dr J Taubmann barged in, unannounced, and asked me 3 questions: what I am here for? does anything bothering you? and do you need any refills? I said No, none. Vaccine Only, That's it. Yet she and her Optum office fraudsters have the audacity to bill me and insurance company for 20 min outpatient visit for services never performed. Avoid this scam place!
