I was scheduled for noon appointment on 6.7.25. I arrived, she was not there. So I texted, no response. In 9/2023, she cancelled an appointment due to an emergency which was rescheduled( therefore, I had her personal number because she contacted me 30 mins before the appt time). A $250 gift certificate was purchased for me and yet I'm not able to use it. I have received services from her which was great but unfortunately Jessica is unpredictable and unreliable now adays. Jessica is a very skilled LMT. Her touch and voice and so therapeutic. Also for whoever needs it, she is an LMT that is willing to work gluteal muscles. It is so hard to find a good LMT who will work glutes (which mystifies me as they are an important and large muscle group that connects to so many other things) I highly recommend Jessica if you’re looking for a wonderful massage experience.

Jess is a wonderful and skilled massage therapist! After my first time seeing her (an appointment she originally cancelled the day before, and that I had to rebook), I booked another appointment a month later because I enjoyed my session so much. I drove 30 minutes out to the appointment, only to arrive and see Jess had cancelled it 10 minutes before the start time, with no message or explanation. I understand things happen of course, but to cancel two appointments, one of which with zero notice, was less than considerate.
