Dr. Stephens is very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated her straightforward responses to my questions and she provided a clear picture of the treatment plan. Unfortunately, although Dr. Stephens is an excellent physician, the office does not return calls. I was asked to set up another appointment, but of the three times I called the office only once did i get a response and that came very late in the day. Not sure how to proceed.
