Poor customer service. I scheduled, uploaded my insurance and received confirmation of my appointment weeks ago only to get a call the morning of my appointment saying that my insurance wouldn't cover the visit. No one thought to tell me this two weeks ago, but only to keep getting reminder text messages for the appointment is insane. DO BETTER...
honestly, really poor bedside manner especially for someone dealing with this awkward area of the body. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. she seemed offended when I tried to lighten the mood through humor, which i felt would be understood by providers in this office. she seemed only interested in setting up further procedures and testing, and when i asked why i would need that if the problem had already been identified and she was prescribing a cream, she was unable to produce a satisfactory answer. she said i would have... read more
Love her already and I've seen her only one time, she is thorough and talked to me like I was a human being and not just a regular ordinary patient, she made me very comfortable in explaining my diagnosis and the treatment options.
