This was my first time seeing Dr. Shen as my previous physician retired. Se is very kind and explains everything that she is going to do while you are there. I hope the nasal spray works on my issues..will see. Thank you again.

Dr. Shen was excellent. The receptionists should definitely be more professional and stop a lot of the unprofessional conduct at the front desk such as talking loudly, and playing with each other, playing with their phone, and just not being in my eyes, not professional.
